Group Training Schedule

Primed Performance Training offers a wide range of group training opportunities to fit your busy schedule. Each session last one hour and includes a warm-up, workout and cool down. To keep your experience personal and motivational, group classes are limited to 9 people. Below is the weekly schedule for group training classes:

    • Monday – Thursday:
      • Group Training Sessions start at 5:45, 6:45, 8, and 9 am
      • Group Training Sessions start at 5, 6 and 7 pm
    • Friday
      • Group Training Sessions start at 5:45, 6:45, 8, and 9 am
    • Saturday
      • Group Training Sessions start at 9, 10 and 11 am
