Small Group Training


For those who enjoy the team atmosphere of training with others will find Primed Performance Training’s small group training ideal for their fitness needs. Each functional training session lasts 1 hour and is aimed at making you functionally fit for both sports and every day activities. You can train anywhere from one to six days but you must choose a specific date and time for your class each week. Classes are limited to 8 participants.
